Erica Mackie joins us today to discuss solar technology and her non-profit, GRID Alternatives. GRID Alternatives is a non-profit that installs solar electric systems exclusively in disadvantaged communities. They promote sustainability by training members of these communities on the installation and maintenance of solar technologies, providing them with job training and basic experience in the industry.
