Dr. Amsellem works with many
clients, helping them to develop tools to manage their anxiety,
depression, health-related challenges and life changes. Dr.
Amsellem talks about her areas of focus in cognitive behavioral
therapy (CBT). She discusses insomnia, and explains how anxiety is
